Journals

In order to reflect on what you are learning and form a writing practice; you will write a journal at the end of each week.

The journals will be housed on Blackboard. This is the easiest way for me to keep track of them. If you would like to do a written journal, please contact me and we can work it out.

These journals can talk about anything related to our class that week, writing, reading, feelings, questions, life, things you’ve seen, etc. The only people who will see them is me and you, unless you want to make them public.

I will not dictate a certain length — write until you get the thought out. You should aim for a paragraph or more, but again, think of these as your space to write without thinking.

You will need to do 13 of these journals for a “B” and 14 of these journals for an “A.”
